Financing from National Funding XPRS

How does National Funding XPRS work?

National Funding XPRS provides small businesses with fast and easy access to short-term financing. Upon approval for an account, you will be provided with the Maximum Financing Amount5 for which your business is eligible, up to $50,000.2 You will be able to select key terms of your initial financing, including frequency of repayment, duration (up to 12 months), and funding amount. Funds will be deposited into your primary business bank account as soon as the next business day.3

You can request additional funding anytime, so long as the total amount of your financing does not exceed the unused portion of your Maximum Financing Amount. Access your National Funding XPRS account anytime by visiting the customer portal. Once logged in, you can review your account history, manage existing financing, make a payment, or request additional funding.

What types of financing does National Funding XPRS offer?

In most states, National Funding XPRS offers business loans that can help fund day-to-day operations, equipment purchases, or new business opportunities. The loan is repaid through a series of equal installments debited from your bank account. Each installment is applied to the repayment of principal plus a fee. Payment is debited from your primary business bank account each period as selected by you (monthly, biweekly, or weekly).

In some states, National Funding XPRS offers sales-based financing, whereby National Funding XPRS provides capital as an advance on future revenue. Each remittance is debited from your primary business bank account in the same amount each period as selected by you (monthly, biweekly, or weekly).

At this time, National Funding XPRS is not available in New York State.

Is my business eligible for a National Funding XPRS account?

To be eligible for an account, you need to have:

  • Been in business for at least one year
  • Minimum annual revenue of $125,000
  • A good to excellent credit score
  • A business bank account
  • At least 18 years of age6

National Funding XPRS financing is available to businesses across most industries. Excluded industries include, but are not limited to, nonprofit organizations, weapons manufacturers and dealers, gambling businesses, smoke shops, cannabis purveyors, and pornography. How much financing can my business obtain from National Funding XPRS?

Currently, National Funding XPRS offers financing ranging from $6,000 – $50,000.2 Upon approval for an account, you will be provided with the Maximum Financing Amount for which your business is eligible. In most states, the minimum individual financing transaction is $6,000.

How do I determine the financing terms that are right for my business?

National Funding XPRS is committed to presenting your financing options using clear, straightforward language and tools that are simple and easy to understand. You can choose the duration of financing, frequency of payment, and financing amount that are right for your business.

How long will it take for me to receive funding?

If approved, your business can receive funds as fast as the next business day.3

Does National Funding XPRS require a personal guarantee?

National Funding XPRS business loans require a personal guaranty or an unconditional guarantee of payment.

National Funding XPRS sales-based financing requires a Personal Performance Guarantee, which is a personal guarantee that the business will not breach certain performance obligations.

How do I apply for a National Funding XPRS account?

National Funding XPRS’s application process is completely digital. Apply online and receive a decision within minutes.1

What information do I need to apply for a National Funding XPRS account?

National Funding XPRS asks for your personal as well as business information. Personal information includes your name, email, phone number, and Social Security Number. Business information includes your business address, phone number, Tax ID/EIN, and annual revenue. You will also need to provide online access to your primary business bank account so that we can verify your business’s annual revenue.

Is my information secure?

Yes. Safeguarding your personal and business information is our top priority. We utilize state-of-the-art, advanced encryption technologies and adhere to industry-standard security protocols. We also conduct periodic security assessments to reinforce the safety of our entire system’s infrastructure.

Why do you require my Social Security Number?

National Funding XPRS uses your SSN to confirm your identity and review your credit history. Applying for financing has no impact on your credit score.4

Why does National Funding XPRS need to check my credit score?

Your credit score helps us determine your eligibility for financing as well as your financing terms. Applying for financing will not impact your credit score.4

Is there a fee for applying for National Funding XPRS?

No.

How long does it take to find out if my business has been approved for a National Funding XPRS account?

In most instances, you will receive a decision online within minutes.1

If my National Funding XPRS application is approved, am I obligated to accept the funding?

No.

Fees & Payments

How do the fees and rates work at National Funding XPRS?

For a National Funding XPRS business loan:

  • The maximum amount of funds you are eligible to borrow is known as the Maximum Financing Amount.
  • The amount you choose to borrow at any point is referred to as your loan amount or principal
  • National Funding XPRS will deduct an origination fee before depositing funds into your primary business bank account. The amount deposited consists of the principal amount less the origination fee
  • National Funding XPRS will debit the same amount (known as an installment payment) from your primary business bank account at the frequency of your choosing (monthly, biweekly or weekly) until the entire principal has been repaid. Each installment payment is applied to the repayment of principal plus a fee.

For National Funding XPRS sales-based financing:

  • Sales-based financing entails the purchase by National Funding XPRS of your business’s future receivables.
  • In return, you agree to deliver funds derived from future revenue to National Funding XPRS on a periodic basis (monthly, biweekly or weekly) as selected by you.
  • The total amount of funds you will need to deliver is determined at the time National Funding XPRS purchases your future receivables.
  • National Funding XPRS will deduct an origination fee before depositing funds into your primary business bank account. The amount deposited is equal to the amount of receivables you are financing, minus the origination fee.
How do I pay back my National Funding XPRS financing?

National Funding XPRS will debit the same amount from your primary business bank account at the frequency of your choosing (monthly, biweekly or weekly) until you have satisfied the terms of your financing. You can also make a one-time payment or pay off your National Funding XPRS financing by visiting the customer portal.

The date of the first debit is determined based on the date on which funds are disbursed into your primary business bank account:

  • Monthly frequency: Your first debit will occur on the same date of the following calendar month and on the same date of each successive month thereafter.
  • Biweekly frequency: Your first debit will occur in 14 days following the disbursement of funds, with successive debits occurring every 14 days.
  • Weekly frequency: Your first debit will occur in 7 days following the disbursement of funds, with successive debits occurring every 7 days.
  • In the event a debit date falls on a holiday, your account will be debited the following business day.
Does National Funding XPRS charge late fees?

A fee may be charged for late payment, insufficient funds, or loan modification.

Can I satisfy my obligation early?

Yes. You can satisfy your financial obligation anytime, with no prepayment penalties.

Can I make payments with a credit card?

No.

Will I receive monthly statements?

National Funding XPRS does not mail paper statements. Consult the National Funding XPRS customer portal anytime to check account details including amount outstanding, account status, next debit date, and additional available financing.

Can I adjust my debit schedule?

Do you report my payments to the credit bureaus?

National Funding XPRS does not report to consumer credit agencies but will report to business credit agencies.

I’m having financial difficulty. What can I do?

How can I obtain a copy of my financing agreement?

You can download a copy of your National Funding XPRS financing agreement anytime by logging into the customer portal.

What should I do if I suspect fraud on my account?

National Funding XPRS offers fast, easy financing to help your business succeed. National Funding XPRS has product and funding restrictions in certain states. Depending on the state in which your business is located, financing may be offered as either an installment loan or sales-based financing. National Funding XPRS does not currently offer financing in New York. All details are disclosed during the application process, and nothing is final until funding.

2. Approval and terms of financing are subject to underwriting guidelines, your financial profile, and receipt of required documentation. Funding restrictions may apply in certain states.
3. Funds will be deposited into your business checking account as soon as the next business day based upon approval and acceptance of terms by 4 PM Eastern Standard Time. Actual availability of funds is subject to processing time associated with your business' bank.
4. Your credit score helps us determine your eligibility for financing as well as your financing terms. Exploring your financing options with us does not impact your credit score. If you apply with us and we are unable to offer financing to you, we may try to match you with one of our partners to obtain financing, and they may perform a hard credit pull to determine your eligibility for financing.
5. Maximum Financing Amount: The aggregate amount of outstanding financing that the business can have across all financing transactions at any point in time.
6. Eligibility is not a guarantee of approval. Application is subject to underwriting and approval by National Funding XPRS. Eligibility is subject to change as deemed necessary by National Funding XPRS.
